Do you have to pay to attend a Lessons From Abroad conference?
Professional staff pays $20, which includes lunch, conference admission, and a conference handbook. Students attending the conference are charged $15 for early registration or $20 for on-site registration, which includes lunch, conference admission, and a conference handbook. Conference scholarships are available for students and professionals who face financial hardship in returnee for volunteering at the conference. Contact your local conference chairs for more details.

How can I host a Lessons From Abroad conference?
We are always looking for individuals to bring the Lessons From Abroad model to new locations. If you are interested in making that happen, please read our document on How to Host LFA Conference and email the LFA New Site Interest Form to us at firstname.lastname@example.org A member of the Board will follow up directly to speak further about host opportunities.
How can I be involved?
We are always looking for volunteers to help with our conferences and create resources for returnees! If you would like to volunteer, email email@example.com and let us know where you live and we will connect you with your local conference (if applicable) and let you know what current volunteer opportunities we have.

Can I make a donation to Lessons From Abroad?
Our conferences are run entirely from attendance fees, in-kind donations and sponsorships. If you are interested in making a donation, please contact our Vice President of Finance, Katie Roller, with the item(s) or monetary amount you wish to donate and if there is a particular area of the conference you wish the funds to be used for (marketing, handbooks, lunch, etc). All donations are tax deductible.
